With direct digital synthesis(DDS) technolugy,ATF05B series is a 5MHz function generator of high performance indexes and function charateristics which are necessary for the fast completion of measuring.The simple and clear front panel design and VFD fluorescent display interface are convenient for the users to operate and observe.
